MOSCOW, August 14 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Presnensky District Court on Wednesday ordered activist Konstantin Kotov charged with repeated violations of the rally holding order to be put in detention until October 12, RAPSI learnt in the court’s press service.
According to investigators, the man, who was repeatedly brought to administrative liability for breaking an order of public events in the last 180 days, recently took part in an unauthorized protest action ignoring police demands to stop illegal actions.
Investigative authorities believe that his actions have an intentional nature.
Kotov pleaded not guilty.
