MOSCOW, May 13 (RAPSI) – The Moscow City Court on Wednesday found unemployed St. Petersburg resident Sergey Grigoryev guilty of killing a Moscow investigator Vladislav Kapustin and ordered the defendant to undergo compulsory mental treatment, RAPSI was told in the court’s press office.

A criminal case was opened over an assault on colonel Kapustin with the use of a knife in the Investigative Committee’s building in October 2019. According to the Investigative Committee’s statement, the victim was attacked during the reception of citizens. He was taken to a hospital but died there.

Grigoryev was immediately arrested and questioned. According to the previous reports, he was registered at a psychoneurologic dispensary. During the arrest, the man behaved inadequately.
