MOSCOW, June 18 (RAPSI) – A magistracy of Moscow’s Presnensky District Court on Thursday detained Igor Ishayev, the grandson of a former Khabarovsk Krai governor Victor Ishayev, for 12 days for committing a traffic accident in a drunken state, RAPSI was told in the court’s press service.

On June 17, Ishayev got into car accident with two other cars in central Moscow. Police established that the man was under the influence of alcohol. 

Earlier, he was disqualified from driving, according to the police.

The Code on Administrative Offenses stipulates administrative detention from 10 to 15 days or fine of up to 30,000 rubles ($430) for drunken traffic accident committed by a driver without a driving license.
