MOSCOW, June 15 (RAPSI) – The Presnensky District Court of Moscow on Tuesday decided to postpone Alexey Navalny’s defamation claim against the President’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov for a month, the court’s press service told RAPSI.

The hearing is adjourned until July 15 due to the parties’default of appearance.

Earlier, the lawsuit was returned to the claimant because of errors committed during the drawing up of the documents.

Navalny seeks to declare certain statements by Peskov about situation with the plaintiff’s illness untrue and defaming. He also demands refutation of the statements on the official Kremlin website. There are no monetary claims, a court representative noted.
