MOSCOW, July 29 (RAPSI) – A court in Volgograd will consider a Nazi rehabilitation case against Denis Vorontsov accused of publishing the photo of the chief of the secret state police (Gestapo) Heinrich Mueller on the Immortal Regiment website, the press service of Russia’s Prosecutor General’s Office reports.
Vorontsov knowing that the Nuremberg Tribunal had confirmed the Nazi criminal’s participation in the crimes against humanity during World War II published the image of Mueller on the website for online translation along with the war veterans on May 12, 2020, the statement reads.
According to prosecutors, Vorontsov attempted to tie investigators up into a knot and deleted all information from his cell phone.
