MOSCOW, December 7 - RAPSI. Artur Parfenchikov, the Head of the Federal Penitentiary Service, hopes that a system of electronic bids to sell the property of debtors will be introduced soon, Parfenchikov said at the meeting of the Coordination Council of Russian Human Rights Commissioners.

He said that the system works in many countries, for instance it is efficiently applied in Armenia, Georgia and other European countries.

Parfenchikov reported that currently work on launching an electronic document flow system not only in the Federal Penitentiary Service but between other agencies is being carried out as well.

Russian court bailiffs already have their e-signatures, Parfenchikov said.
