MOSCOW, February 13 (RAPSI) – The Ninth Commercial Court of Appeals has upheld the dismissal of a petition of Tsentralnoye Obshchestvo company, (Tsentralnoye Strakhovoye Obshchestovo prior to August 9, 2019), the license of which was withdrawn and which is in the process of bankruptcy, seeking to claim 609 million rubles ($9.6 million) from the Interior Ministry, according to the court’s materials.
The petitioner challenged a decision of a lower court of October 23, 2019.
