MOSCOW, September 20 (RAPSI) – Russia’s High Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova received 30 written petitions concerning election rights during the last three voting days.

Mostly, the applications touched such matters as registration of the State Duma and legislative assemblies’ candidates. Moreover, citizens complained about forcing into the voting upon pain of dismissal, police actions at the poll stations and e-voting procedure faults.

There were also 215 hotline calls, including 162 of them concerning electoral rights.

The monitoring of media and social network publications revealed 7 reports of the electoral rights breaches in several regions.
