MOSCOW, July 14 (RAPSI) – Russia’s child rights commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova has proposed to create a database of Donbass orphaned children during her meeting with head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin.
The republican database is to simplify the selection of families for orphans on the territories of Russia and Donbass, the ombudsman wrote on her social network page.
Moreover, Lvova-Belova and Pushilin discussed the creation of several teen centers.
The ombudsman went to Donbass on a humanitarian mission. She spent several days there.
