Moscow court dismissed copyright infringement claim against VGTRK

The Moscow Commercial Court has dismissed a suit which had been filed by Sony Music Entertainment (Russia) seeking 1.5 million rubles (over $22,500) from the Russian State Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) in compensation for the use of audio records.
