MOSCOW, October 5 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. The court awarded Mezhprombank $168.2 million in its three lawsuits against debtors, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).
The Moscow Commercial Court ordered to recover principal debt, interest and penalties from the bank's debtors.
Founded in 1994, Mezhprombank was one of the thirty largest banks in Russia. The Bank of Russia revoked Mezhprombank's license on October 2010 as it violated the law and failed to meet its obligations to the creditors. It is now a part of the United Industrial Corporation (OPK).
