MOSCOW, December 29 - RAPSI. An appellate court has postponed until January 23 its hearing of an appeal against court judgment over a lawsuit by Swiss watchmaker Rado Uhren AG to prohibit Holmrook Limited from using its trademarks in the domain names, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI /rapsinews.com).

The court postponed the case as there is no sound evidence that the parties were duly notified about the hearing.

The Moscow Commercial Court held for Rado on September 9 in its suit against Holmrook Limited and awarded it 50,000 rubles ($1,570) in compensation. The similar case filed by Tissot AG was dismissed by the court in December.

Earlier, the court prohibited Holmrook from transferring the domain rights to third parties until the dispute is resolved.
