MOSCOW, January 11 - RAPSI. A court will hear on February 6 a petition filed by businessman Sergey Poymanov for the bankruptcy of his Pavlovskgranit group, a largest fieldstone manufacturer in Russia, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) on Wednesday.

According to the court documents, Poymanov's debt amounts to 3.478 billion rubles ($109.8 million).

The Moscow Commercial Court commenced in November 2011 a supervisory procedure against Pavlovskgranit-Invest and Vitera, Pavlovskgranit's subsidiaries. The procedure was initiated upon the request of Sberbank Capital.

The court will examine the bankruptcy case on its merits on March 14, 2012. By that time, the bankruptcy administrator will prepare a report on its activities.

Sberbank Capital said that the plaintiff's demands are based on the debt claim. The court earlier decided to recover 4.641 billion rubles ($146.5 million) from Pavlovskgranit-Invest and Vitera.

The court judgment came into force in September 2011, and after that Sberbank Capital filed a bankruptcy petition against the debtors.
