Siberian energy company appeals award granted against Finance Ministry

The Third Commercial Court of Appeals has registered the Interregional Distributional Grid Company of Siberia's (IDGC of Siberia) appeal of a lower court ruling that granted the recovery of one billion rubles ($31.84 million) from the Krasnoyarsk Regional Finance Ministry instead of the initially claimed 4.607 billion rubles ($146.69 million).
