The case against Vladimir Nekrasov, former owner of Arbat Prestizh, and businessman Sergei Shnaider (Semyon Mogilevich) who were charged with tax evasion has been dismissed, according to Nekrasov’s lawyer, Alexander Dobrovinsky.
